Leadership team in a structured conversation

What you gain

The difference a considered facilitation practice makes

Coalent is not the only team coaching practice in Bangkok — but the approach is distinctive in several ways that matter to the teams we work with.

Core advantages

Six things that distinguish how we work

One practitioner, start to finish

No handoffs. The person who scopes the engagement is the person who facilitates it.

Written records that stay useful

Every engagement ends with a document the team can return to — a reading, not a transcript.

Genuine neutrality on content

The facilitator holds no position on what the team decides — only on how it decides.

Rooted in the Bangkok context

The practice understands how organisations in Thailand and ASEAN actually work — not just how they appear on paper.

Strict confidentiality, by design

Nothing said in sessions is shared in any form without the explicit agreement of the team.

Designed around the team, not a model

Each engagement is shaped from scratch around the team's actual situation — not a standard programme applied uniformly.

Expertise

Over a decade of facilitation practice

The Coalent practice was built over fifteen years of facilitation work inside and alongside organisations across Southeast Asia. The practitioner has worked with teams in financial services, technology, healthcare administration, and the public sector — across a variety of team sizes, cultural compositions, and organisational structures.

This depth of experience means the facilitator is rarely surprised by what emerges in a team session — and is equipped to hold it steadily when it does.

Service quality

Attentive from the first conversation to the last document

The quality of the service at Coalent is not measured by the volume of sessions delivered — it is measured by the quality of attention the team receives throughout. Every phase of an engagement, from scoping to the final written reading, is handled with the same care.

Teams regularly tell us that the written record at the end of an engagement is one of the most useful things it produces — because it captures not just what was decided, but how the team got there.

Value

Transparent pricing with no hidden additions

The engagement fees cover everything — scoping, design, facilitation, and the written record. There are no additional charges for preparation time, for the individual conversations that are part of the six-month format, or for revisions to the written record before it is circulated.

The investment a team makes in a Coalent engagement is often more modest than a two-day off-site at a Bangkok hotel — and the value extends well beyond the session itself.

Current fee schedule (฿ THB)

Six-Month Team Coaching ฿32,800
Two-Day Off-Site Facilitation ฿15,800
Single-Session Conversation Design ฿4,400

All fees include scoping, design, facilitation, and written record.

What sets us apart

Distinctive features of the Coalent approach

The round-table principle

Every facilitated session is designed so that each member of the team has a seat at the table — and the space to use it. The facilitator ensures that quiet voices are heard and dominant voices do not foreclose the conversation.

The diagnostic conversation model

Before any session is facilitated, Coalent conducts individual conversations with each team member. This provides a richer map of the team's dynamics than any survey or assessment — and informs the design of the facilitation from the ground up.

The closing reading

At the end of a six-month engagement, Coalent produces a written reading of the team's developing rhythm — not a report on what happened, but a considered account of where the team is and what it has been learning about itself. This document has ongoing value beyond the engagement.

A scoping conversation with no obligation

Coalent will only take on an engagement it believes will be useful to the team. The scoping conversation is an honest exchange — and if the proposed format is not the right fit, Coalent will say so and suggest what might serve the team better.
